Dear IAUC community,
Due to technical issues affecting the distribution of the election announcement, some IAUC members received the voting information only after the original voting deadline had already passed.
In response to requests received by the IAUC Secretariat, the IAUC Latin America Electoral Committee has decided to extend the voting period to ensure all eligible members have a fair opportunity to participate in the election process.
BUT PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CAST YOUR VOTE, DO NOT VOTE AGAIN!
The voting period is now extended until February 6, 2026, 11:59 PM (Brasília local time).
